Five On Friday

One//

Tomorrow we are officially two months from Finley's due date. We couldn't be more excited and I cannot wait to leave Alabama and go home to Montana and nest. I have a feeling these last few weeks are going to fly by. I'm so ready to have this baby. Pregnancy the second time around has been just as beautiful as the first but for some reason more painful.

Two//

I finally did it. I splurged on some Freshly Picked Moccs for Harper and Finley. It was so hard to pick a color but I thought both girls would look pretty in the limited edition rose gold. I can't wait to see these babies in person. Oh and I'm in trouble because I saw that they are about to release some neon ones as well. I am obsessed with neon and my girls may need a pair of those too.

Three//

Sam Smith. I haven't bought and entire album in a long time other than the Frozen Soundtrack but I will picking his up when it comes out on June 17th. He has some current tracks out right now like Stay With Me and Not In That Way and they are both amazing. He is my Adele until she makes a new album.

Four//

Mothers day is approaching and I can't think of a better gift. You know for those days I'm not lugging around a diaper bag. I promised my husband after I got my Louis that I'd never want another purse and I do love him but look at this bag!! The color is amazing and I have to have one smaller than my Speedy, right?

Five//

Lastly, I just have to give a shout out to Dr. Suess. Because of his books Harper has learned colors, numbers, and ABC's. Some of the stories are super long and leave me bored but she loves them and is taking so much away from them that I will continue to read the same 3 or 4 books over and over again. Our favorites include Dr. Seuss's ABC's, Go Dog Go, and One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish.

Have a beautiful weekend friends!

Five On Friday

One. Is it bad to want another pair of Hunter Wellies? I mean obviously a short pair in Jade making them completely different from my tall red ones. Wouldn't these just be perfect for spring? I think YES.

Two. As of today I have a 19 month old. Time is seriously flying. Every day Harper is different and I find it to be completely amazing and challenging. She is getting closer and closer to two which means Finley is getting closer and closer to arriving.

Three. When you are married to a soldier the army is always throwing you for a loop. This has once again happened to us and our lives are about to change for a few months. I'm so happy and proud of my husband for this opportunity but we are now going to have to move some things around like our maternity pictures, they will be done a little earlier than anticipated. Good thing I have been snowed in a lot and eating some doughnuts because my bump is huge and they should still turn out well. Now if only I could find the perfect outfit...

Four.  Snow more snow. I just wrote a blog post the other day because we got a lot of snow, and guess what we are currently sitting in our home experiencing another snow storm. This winter has been NUTS. Harper and I are ready for warm weather and sunshine so we can waste away our days at the park.

Five. Mama got a new diaper bag and she is in love! The whole diaper bag thing exhaust me. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect one. I miss carrying around my Louis but right now it just isn't the time. I wanted a diaper bag that would go with every thing, but was functional. The Skip Hop Chelsea is just that. It is so cute in person and has a ton of pockets and plenty of room for all of the crap I have to carry around for Harper and I.

Happy Friday!!

5 On Friday

<< One >> Winter arrived yesterday in  Helena. Typically the first snow fall isn't until the end of this month. I guess mother nature had other plans. After living in Alabama for almost two years however I was very excited to see the snow. It was beautiful. Ps- How beautiful is the view from our front porch?

<< Two >> I finally found the perfect cable knit sweater. I have been on the hunt forever. I can't wait for this bad boy to arrive in the mail from Urban Outfitters.

<< Three >>  Cooler weather means hats! Harper has the cutest hat collection ever for this fall including a pumpkin and my favorite, a zombie hat.

<< Four >> The words I can't get enough of this week.

<< Five >> Fall fest. Tomorrow my girl friends and I (and our husbands) are headed to Fall Fest in a little town about half an hour from here. There are craft vendors, a band, brats, beer, dancing, activities for kids, and so much more. I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday. Feel free to come a long. Doesn't it sound like so much fun?

Happy Weekend Friends.

Five on Friday

Linking up here today.

<< ONE >>
Can I just tell you how much I love Stitch Fix? Well I love it. I received my first box yesterday and I'm amazed. My stylist Lauren knows her stuff. I'd hug her if I could. I want to keep everything in the box. Full recap coming this weekend on the blog. Have you signed up for a fix yet? Check it out for yourself here. You won't regret it.

<< TWO >>
My current read. I have really enjoyed this book. So much that sometimes I have a hard time putting it down.

“I get the invitation every morning when I wake up to actually live a life of complete engagement, a life of whimsy, a life where love does. It doesn’t come in an envelope. It’s ushered in by a sunrise, the sound of a bird, or the smell of coffee drifting lazily from the kitchen. It’s the invitation to actually live, to fully participate in this amazing life for one more day.”

<< THREE >>
Our warm weather is coming to an end so we have been getting out and enjoying the park while we can (without hats, scarves, and gloves). Come next week the hottest day is in the 60's (hello fall)! The park is Harper's happy place.

<< FOUR >>
When you find the words that you just needed to hear. This blog post was it for me this week. Being a mother is so hard sometimes and I cannot thank the author enough for putting it into words.

<< FIVE >>
Boots. Boots. Boots. My dream boots finally joined my closest. I cannot wait to bust out my Frye Vanessa boots and it looks like over the next few days that will happen. Thank you fall!

Happy Friday!!

5 On Friday

Happy Friday! I haven't done a link up in FOREVER and I'm so happy to be playing along with a group of my favorite bloggers on this beautiful morning!

<<one>>
I have never shopped at H&M in my life but this week I placed my first order online with them. I'm so excited to get some new essentials for my closet for fall at such a fantastic price. Now if I can just get some cooler weather to go along with it.

<<two>>
Little miss is officially mobile. As of just yesterday she is walking and standing all by herself with out having to pull herself up on anything. I'm such a proud mama but I'd be lying if I didn't tear up a little bit. I can't believe how big she is getting.

<<three>>
If you are a mama of one, or two, or six you need to read this. I was having one of those long days this week and a friend shared this with me. I really loved the part about finding your way as a mother. And you will find it.

<<four>>
There is now a giant climber in Harper's play room. She get it for her first birthday and we currently don't have a yard to put it in. She loves it. She may be a little bit too small for it right now but she climbs under it and plays and loves when we take her down the slide. I'll love when it is outside and not devouring her nursery.

<<five>>
I'm so thankful that we have Minor League baseball team here in Billings-- the Mustangs. This weekend my entire family will be at the game. Beer will be drank, popcorn will be eaten, and fun will be had by all. Harper is a huge fan too. She loves to clap for the players and last game she was even chosen as Fan of the Night.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog! Have a wonderful weekend!
