Freshly Picked Review

It is no secret that I love Freshly Picked Moccasins and I was beyond thrilled when we were sent a pair recently to reviewed. They are my favorite shoes for my littles. Harper and Finley have both been rocking them since they were born.

The first time Freshly Picked caught my eye it wasn't because of the moccasins it was actually because of their founder Susan Petersen. She is seriously a rockstar. She founded Freshly Picked in 2009 with $200 from recycling scrap aluminum window frames. I think it is safe to say all of her hard word paid off as Freshly Picked is now now of the most loved companies for babies & toddlers. Not only are their moccs available for purchase on their website but they are available at Nordstrom, and who doesn't love them some Nordstrom? I love following Susan and her Freshly Picked journey. New, amazing things are happening there all the time.

Now let me tell you why they I love them and truly believe that they are worth every penny.

The biggest thing for me is their quality. Their moccasins are 100% soft, comfy, leather, and they are made in the U.S.A. Supporting our economy is huge on my list and I'm so glad that my daughters are wearing such high quality, handmade shoes on their feet. I can tell a lot of TLC goes into each pair. They are also so durable--perfect for walking around the house or even in rocks! They work perfect for my 17 month old, and my 3 year old and hold up so well.

Another thing that I love about Freshly Picked Moccasins is that they stay on the girls feet. I hate having to put shoes back on. Half of the time I don't even know how they fall off, but with these I don't have to worry. The elastic band seems to hold them in place even when my toddler is running completely wild.

Freshly Picked Moccasins are also on point. I love fashion and their moccasins are definitely in style and timeless as well. They come in so many different styles and colors and I have happened to fall in love with every single one of them. Their solids go with everything as do their prints. For this review I chose their Heirloom Moccs in Blush & Gold, a pair that has been on my wish list for quite sometime and they are gorgeous.

Lastly, I love that their little footprint becomes imprinted on the bottom of their shoes with wear. I'd be lying if I didn't tear up every time I put an outgrown pair in storage. I can't ever part with them for that reason. Each pair is filled with memories from the stages they were in at that moment. I can't wait to give the girls their pairs someday as a sweet little keepsake.

To some $60 dollars might seem like a lot for baby shoes, but when you look at the big picture they are worth it. If they weren't I wouldn't own so many pairs, or suggest them to mothers, or gift them to my friends with sweet babies. I'm obsessed with Freshly Picked, and for good reason. And guess what? I'm giving a pair away starting tomorrow on my instagram, so if you aren't following me (@mrspatty) make sure you do, so you can enter the giveaway and have a chance to get some Freshly Picked in your life. Giveaway will end November 28th.

I'd like to thank the Freshly Picked team for sending us this most recent pair for review. You guys are amazing, and yet another reason why I love the company. Thank you!
