It was just yesterday but I already find myself dreaming of the ocean again. I can smell it, feel it, hear it, everything. Where we live in Alabama is less than two hours from the ocean. I consider myself to be a mountain and snow kind of girl. That is why I have so much love for Montana. But I could get used to an ocean life as well. The ocean breeze, the cold water, the way the sunlight reflects on it, and the sound of the waves crashing is hard to beat. It is so peaceful. So serene.
“There is nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, no matter how many times it’s sent away.”
I'm going to miss it. I'm in love with the ocean. I think I have been all along. It is only now that I'm moving away from it that I am realizing just how strongly I feel about it.
I live in Montgomery! Small world. :)...I love the beach. It is so peaceful and relaxing.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, I'd love to live so close to the ocean!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Loving your red skinnies- where did you find them?
Aaaahhh those glasses are so cute!! PS. I just tried to comment on the newest post and it wouldn't let me. I have had probs on your blog before with commenting. I don't know if there is a fix for it, but thought you should know in case.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say that I go through phases where meat actually grosses me out, but I don't tell myself I can't eat it. I just eat it when I crave it and stay away from it when my body doesn't want/need it. I don't like to limit myself or tell it "no"; I just listen to my body.
